Clinical/Research Interests

Current research interests surround endoscopic ultrasound, ERCP and examining novel technologies within endoscopy.  Investigation of the role of post-processor image enhancement (I-scan) is ongoing and work on direct cholangioscopy is planned for the near future.  The majority of these research efforts involve collaboration with colleagues at the University of Calgary as well as other centres. In addition, research on endoscopic education and teaching is another field of interest.
